The Martial Arts Leadership Training Academy is a community of family based martial arts schools whose passion is developing martial artists through modern and traditional systems, while enhancing character through several leadership programs.  

 

For the instructor, MALTA provides an incredible resource and training for all aspects of the “Instructor” title.  MALTA provides an avenue for the instructor to fulfill their goals whether working for an owner, or making a career of their own, whether a part or full time school, making a positive impact in their community.

 

For the owner, MALTA is support resource of coaching, office, marketing, procedural, and teaching materials at immediate disposal.  We work with the owner to achieve their goals, whether a single school operation or multi site.
